WegoNow Terms and Conditions

Welcome to WegoNow! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our website, mobile application, or any services provided by WegoNow.

By accessing or using WegoNow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.


1. Definitions

  • "WegoNow" refers to the company, its platform, and services.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the WegoNow platform.

  • "Vendor" refers to any business offering goods or services through WegoNow.

  • "Rider" or "Courier" refers to the logistics partner or delivery agent fulfilling the order.

  • "Service" refers to the delivery and ordering services provided by WegoNow.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WegoNow. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.


3. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to place orders.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.


4. Services Offered

WegoNow provides a platform for ordering food, groceries, pharmaceuticals, and sending parcels from multiple vendors.

WegoNow acts as an intermediary and does not directly control the vendors or riders. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of the products or services listed.


5. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment is received or a valid payment method is provided.

  • Prices listed include VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery fees unless otherwise stated.

  • WegoNow reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.


6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Users must be available to receive their orders at the provided location.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Users may cancel orders within 2 minutes of placement without penalty.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days for eligible cases such as:

    • Order not delivered

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Expired or unsafe products


8. Vendor and Rider Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure timely preparation and accurate listing of their products.

  • Riders must deliver orders safely and on time.

  • WegoNow is not liable for loss or damage caused by vendors or riders.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform

  • Post false information or reviews

  • Harass or abuse vendors, riders, or other users

  • Engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities

Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your account.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on WegoNow, including logos, texts, and software, is owned or licensed by WegoNow and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.


11. Limitation of Liability

WegoNow is not liable for:

  • Delay or failure in delivery

  • Vendor errors or omissions

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law
